Democracy is a word that many wish held true to their society. The typography is a word that many associate with the United States, a ground that many wish and kill to live in for strictly because of the idea of the land of free men. The fore fathers began a popular society for the United States with one idea in mind, to attain a land for the free. Understanding the formation of United States jurisprudence can prove to be difficult. Sources of law can be organized into four categories; Constitution, statutes, judicial decisions, and administrative agencies. These four sources of law, tour separate are interwoven. Understanding these sources of law provides a mount of how our current laws evolved.
The Constitution created our Congress and has given them law reservation power. The institutionalise of Rights outlines our procedural law and layouts how substantive laws are to be practiced. The U.S. Constitution is a very important part of law making history because it describes it sets the limit on act can be defined a crime. Statutes in the United States are the leading source, our legislature makes the laws and the courts interrupt them.
