Howard Gardner studied the model of proficiencies and developed the theory of duplex intelligences. Of the seven intelligences, the two in which I exhibit the most proficiency are intrapersonal and oral intelligences. The archetypal intelligence that I exhibit proficiency in is intrapersonal intelligence. I have always been able to understand my feelings and wherefore I feel the way I do.
